I have Vista installed on a primary drive and Windows XP on a second disk. Does anyone know how to amend the boot manager in Vista, possibly using BCDEDIT, so that I can add XP to the choice of OS to load. I don't really want to reinstall XP and/or Vista again so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks ...

This might help a bit:

The article tells me how to do it but I get an error every time I try to create the {legacy} section.
bcdedit /create {legacy} /d "Windows XP"
I get "An error occured while attempting the specified create operation. Access is denied".
I am logged in as the local Administrator account. Any help would be appreciated.

Nope... doesn't help at all.
Can I just kill the Vista boot loader and use grub?
